The cost of household bin collection depends on the service and plan available for your address. AES Recycling offers four different household plans, so check your address and view the available service options for your home.
6. How do I know when my AES bins will be collected?
AES Recycling customers can log into My Account to view or download their specific bin collection calendar. The AES Recycling App also provides collection information and reminders to help you know when your bins are due for collection.
7. What can I put in my general waste, recycling and organic bins?
The type of waste you can put in each bin depends on the bin and AES Recycling's waste-sorting guidance. Check our waste guide before putting items into your bins so that materials are placed in the correct bin, click here .
9. How do I sign up to Direct Debit?
To sign up to Direct Debit with AES Recycling simply download and fill in our Direct Debit Mandate and post it to:

Or alternatively email your completed Direct Debit form to directdebits@aesrecycling.ie
The direct debit can also be set up or updated on My Account online. To do so
- Log in to My Account online using your account number and pin.
- Next click 'Payment Methods' or follow this link https://aesirl.wis.ie/customer/paymentmethod
- Next select 'Direct Debit' and enter the promoted details and save.
10. My bin was not collected, how do I report this?
There may be a number of reasons why your bin was not collected.
If your bin was not collected, please ensure to check that:
- The correct bin was left out; you can check your collection calendar here .
- Your bin was not contaminated with waste not suitable for that particular bin. For information on what waste can be put in each bin, click here .
- Your account is paid up to date .
- Your bin was left out the night before your collection.
